Set Up Freshservice Account
- Go to https://navnet.freshservice.com/support/home
- Select ‘Sign Up’.
Enter requested information and select ‘Register’.
**Note: Company email must be used to allow visibility to the appropriate ticket queue.

An activation link will be sent to your email. Click the activation link and set your account password.
By default, all users will only have visibility to the tickets they create. If you require visibility to all tickets for your Company, please submit a ticket requesting this and we will follow the necessary approval process to assist.
